Every Salesforce admin inherits an org that looks the same from the outside: it works, more or less, and nobody remembers why. Under the hood there are 200 formula fields, a dozen workflow rules that haven't been touched since Classic, validation rules that fire on conditions that haven't existed since a 2019 reorg, and three flows that do almost the same thing but not quite.

Workflow rules and their actions (deprecated ones, duplicates, rules that conflict with Flow logic). Flows (orphaned flows, infinite loop risks, flows hitting governor limits). Approval processes. Assignment rules. Profiles and permission sets (over-permissioned roles, stale permissions). Page layouts and Lightning record pages where worth noting.

For each finding, you get: what was found, where it lives, what the risk or impact is, and a suggested fix.

Why AI actually helps here

Traditional org audit tools (and there are good ones, Elements.cloud, Sonar, Salesforce's own built-in tools) give you data. Lots of it. “Here are your 200 formula fields. Here are your 45 validation rules.” That's useful, but it's still a list. The work of figuring out which ones matter is still yours.

This tool reads the data and reasons about it. It catches things like “this validation rule references a field that's been deleted, so the rule silently does nothing.” Or “these three workflow rules and this Flow all try to update Opportunity Owner on the same condition — which one wins is non-obvious.” Or “this formula field does a string compare without INCLUDES(), so it's fragile to text changes users don't see.”

Those are the things you actually care about. The tool surfaces them instead of burying them in a 200-row spreadsheet.

How the connection works

OAuth to your Salesforce org (production or sandbox). Read-only scope. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We recommend running audits on sandbox first, especially if this is your first time using the tool — you see exactly what it inspects and what it reports before pointing it at prod.
